PAYMENT and RESERVATION
Upon checkout you can decide on different payment options: Paypal, major credit cards, and bank transfer payments. For those who wish to pay via BANK DEPOSIT, payment must be made within 2 working days otherwise reservation would be considered cancelled
How much is delivery?
As is typical with most online stores, shipping costs are extra charges outside of the cost of your selected items.  Shipping within Metro Manila is approximately Php 100 and Php 150-200 for the rest of the Philippines.
When will I get my items?
If you are located in Metro Manila or elsewhere in Luzon, you may expect your items to arrive within 2 to 3 business days. If you are in Visayas or Mindanao, please expect your items within 3 to 5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges?
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging, for a full merchandise exchange . We allow one complimentary exchange per item.


We will accept merchandise exchange as long as your item meets the following criteria:

• It is within seven (7) days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the product description
• The item is in NEW condition
• The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
• It is accompanied by a completed Return Form
• If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned
Note: All returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back


We won’t accept returns or exchange in:

• perishable items such as pet food, pet treats
• sale products
• personalized or custom made


Holiday Exchange Policy

• Halloween and Christmas costumes may only exchanged for a different size of the same costume.
• Halloween Costumes purchased after October 30 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
• After December 25, all holiday apparel is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Holiday treats and toys are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


How to Return:

You are responsible for shipping charges related to the return or exchange. Please email Dogs and the City at inquiry@dogsandthecityph.com prior to any return or exchange to coordinate with us and ensure your satisfaction. You may send the unused merchandise to Dogs and the City with the address of Unit P004A Lobby Level, Trinoma, North Avenue cor. Edsa Quezon City. We will notify you once we have received your return. We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days and notify you that we are processing your replacement, according to what you have indicated on the Return Form.  If a return is invalid, we will notify you as well and send the item back to you.
